wayfarecars.com is operated by Recovery Path Holdings LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, USA. References to “we” and “us” mean that company.

What the service does

Wayfare provides rental destination information and affiliate access to DiscoverCars search. You select an offer, book and pay on DiscoverCars. Wayfare does not supply vehicles, accept reservations or collect rental payments. The booking and rental are subject to the terms presented by DiscoverCars and the selected rental company.

We may earn a commission from qualifying bookings through our affiliate links or widget. Affiliate access does not establish availability, a guaranteed vehicle model or a price for your trip. Confirm the driver requirements, total price, collection instructions and cancellation terms in the offer before booking. Full Coverage is optional and chosen in DiscoverCars’ booking flow.

Accuracy of information

Location data is compiled from third party open datasets and is provided as is. Airport, city and distance information may be incomplete or out of date. You should confirm any detail that matters to your trip with the rental supplier directly.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to extract its content by automated means for a competing service. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe use is abusive.

Intellectual property

The design, text and compiled datasets on this site belong to us or our licensors. Third party open data is used under its own licence and credited in the site footer, including GeoNames under CC BY 4.0 and OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
